Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality care to elderly residents
- Oversee care staff and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care outcomes
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staff management, training, and development
To be successful, you will need:
- AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven management experience in aged care or a healthcare setting
- Experience in aged care management, including care planning and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of relevant aged care regulations and standards
- Australian working rights
- Willingness to relocate and commit to a permanent position in a regional location
