As Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be responsible in supporting the Facility Manager in leading and coordinating the clinical care team to ensure high standards of quality care is delivered to the community and residents, as well as supervising staff for a collaborative and positive workplace environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is essential with current AHPRA registration
- Experience working within aged care or similar healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Must have National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Relevant vaccination and immunisations
- Full Australian Driver’s Licence
- Australian working rights (essential)
