Your Role

As a Care Coordinator/RN-In-Charge, you will:

• Lead and coordinate the clinical care team to ensure high standards of resident-focused care.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and oversee the implementation of clinical practices.
• Supervise and mentor care staff, fostering a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage clinical emergencies and provide exceptional leadership during your shifts.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for person-centered care and the ability to advocate for residents' needs.
• Australian Working Rights (essential).
