About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This full-time position is ideal for an RN with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Facility Manager in overseeing clinical operations
• Lead and mentor the nursing and care team
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Develop and implement care plans to enhance resident well-being
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture

About You

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA) – essential
• Experience in residential aged care – required
• RN in charge experience – highly desirable
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of aged care compliance and accreditation
• Full working rights in Australia (Sponsorship is not available)
