Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the clinical care provided to residents
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards and regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare stakeholders
- Assist with care planning and assessments
- Work closely with the management team to achieve excellent outcomes for residents
Key Requirements:
- AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Essential)
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, with team leader/RN in charge experience (Desirable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A passion for aged care and resident-centered services
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide mentorship to junior staff
