Your new role and responsibilities
This is a full time permanent opportunity in their Sydney CBD office, to join their close-knit & rapidly growing team to assist in managing the day-to-day client services, payments, platform queries and onboarding. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, oversee high-volume payments, and drive process improvements.
- Operational delivery managing day to day payments and platform activtives
- Internal stakeholder management to collaborate with the wider business across the globe
- Payments processing and funding request execution
- Onboarding KYC/AML and verification checks
What you'll bring
- Prior experience within Financial Services within client-facing or operational roles
- Problem solving and thinking outside the box
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to pick up new systems, processes and platforms
- Client-centric mindset, always looking to deliver exceptional service
