Randstad has partnered exclusively with one of WA's biggest Chartered Accounting Companies! Due to an influx of work and projects my client based in East Victoria Park are needing a Client Services Administrator to join their team! This is a permanent full time position for an asap start.
Your Duties
...
- Update and assemble clients’ details on varying software
- Client liaison
- Process daily invoicing/debtor statements and debt collection
- Corporate secretarial duties, including ASIC compliance
- Incoming & outgoing mail/emails/correspondence
- Reception duties/taking calendar appointments
- Update and create procedures/templates for client correspondence
- Provide administrative support to accountants, including assisting with ATO and ASIC enquiries
- General office duties
About you:
- Extensive experience in administration and accounts
- Experience using Xero accounting system
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
