Client Service Officer

About the role:
This is a permanent full-time client service officer position, supporting the client service managers.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional first point of contact, customer service to ensure the clients partner providers are at the forefront of every decision.
- Scanning of files and documents
- Liaising with financial advisers over the phone and email
- Processing transactions and preparing client review documents
- Doing consents + trade proofing
Your skills & experience:
- Previous customer service experience from retail, hospitality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills whilst working under pressure
- Ability to work well within a team
- Passion for the financial services industry
