About the role
Reporting to the Client Service Manager, this is an exciting part time opportunity 25 hours p/w (ideally 5 hours per day but flexible on discussion) that looks to provide superior service to Advice clients, prospective clients and current members whilst supporting financial planners with their administration and operational requirements.
- Process daily administration and data entry tasks
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for timely processing of transaction and requests
- Respond to client enquiries in person, telephone and thorough written correspondence
- Deliver Member First experience through effective handling of members, clients and visitors.
- Assist with general enquiries from members and visitors regarding services and products
Your Experience
- Client services experience within financial services
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Previous face to face client interactions
- Proven organisational and time management skills
- Excellent phone manner
