This a full time permanent Client Services Manager opportunity based in Parramatta. The role will require travel to the Wollongong office once a fortnight. You will manage the operations of 2 branches across Parramatta and Wollongong, managing Client Service Officers, Reception and Advice Implementation Specialists.
- Support the operational, delivery and FP teams in achieving office objectives
- Monitor and distribute client service tasks and duties
- Respond to client and staff enquiries
- Act as an escalation point on tasks and risks
- Oversee day to day duties of staff and ensure superior levels of service is met and delivered to clients
- Recruit, assess, coach, develop & lead a successful team to achieve KPIs
About you
- Previous leadership and management experience within Financial Services
- Demonstrated client services experience
- Strong complaint management experience
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to identify opportunities and gaps
