We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Relationship & Service Manager to lead and enhance all aspects of the 360-degree client relationship strategy. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end process, from prospecting and pitching to ongoing client care and relationship development. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, expanding market reach, and building credibility within the local industry.

Using data-driven insights, they create personalized and meaningful spaces tailored to their clients' unique needs. With one dedicated team managing every step—from design to delivery and ongoing maintenance—they ensure seamless execution and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client relationships and service processes.
- Generate leads, conduct market research, and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build a strong local network, attend industry events, and represent the company in the market.
- Oversee client meetings and ensure service excellence throughout engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes, proposals, and marketing collateral.
- Analyze competitors and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape.

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
