Claims Consultants - General Insurance
6-Month Contract Starting in January - North Brisbane
Pay: $35.86 per hour + Super - Multiple Opportunities Available

About the Role:
We are currently sourcing and shortlisting candidates for full-time Claims Consultant roles with one of Australia’s largest insurance providers. In this role, you will manage incoming claims, serve as the first point of contact for members and policyholders, and ensure the smooth and efficient start of the claims process.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Previous customer service experience is essential; call centre experience or exposure to a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to customers and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with resilience and empathy to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively under pressure
• Intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Previous exposure to motor or property claims is advantageous, though not required
