As a Claims Consultant, your main responsibility will be to manage property claims from start to finish. You will engage with customers through high-volume phone calls and help them navigate through their claims process. This role requires a high level of empathy and the ability to handle stressful situations, ensuring that customers receive support when they need it most.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage claims process end to end
- Respond to a high number of calls
- Provide a high level of customer service for claims involving major losses such as homes, fires, floods
- Provide clear communication to address and resolve complex claims issues
- Review and decide on claims, following company policy and procedure
- Maintain a composed demeanor when managing high-pressure situations
- Resolve conflicts and objections with empathy
