... About the Role:
You'll join a team dedicated to assisting customers with general enquiries related to business and farm insurance. In this role, your responsibilities would include:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of motor claims
- Collaborating effectively with other internal teams regarding complex claims or issues
- Make key decisions regarding claims to ensure a positive outcome
- Assisting customers and external stakeholders with their enquiries over the phone
- Effectively follow, gather and interpret internal policies, customer information and documentation
Working hours for this position are 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri.
What You Will Bring:
- Prior customer service experience is essential
- Previous experience in a claims environment is desirable but not mandatory
- A releveant degree in Commerce or Business is desriable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
