Your New Role:
As a Claims Administrator, responsible for ensuring claims made by subcontractors are correct and accurately copied through to internal systems. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Review invoices/claims to ensure applicable codes and required documentation and photos are submitted correctly
- Reject non-compliant claims
- Support Service Delivery Partner in accurate and timely invoice submissions
- Generate trend, work order completion, and finalisation reports
- Ensure complete, validated claims and investigate reports for missing information

About You:
- Previous claims administration and data entry experience required
- Ability to start ASAP
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Previous experience using CRM multiple systems
