Your new role

As the Civil Supervisor you will be responsible for the site construction aspects of projects, in particular the daily planning, programming and resourcing of the project to ensure that the project is completed safely and on time. You will work closely with the Project Managers to prepare and implement Project Management Plans, Safe Work Method Statements and conduct daily prestart meetings and weekly toolbox meetings. You must also be willing to be a hands on Supervisor assisting your crew with labouring and working in a team environment. ...

What you'll need to succeed

Along with a proven background leading a team you will have:

Current Driver’s Licence
HR Licence (must be able to at least drive a tandem)
At least some of the following tickets - Excavator, Skid Steer, Loader, Roller or Grader
Current Senior First Aid Certificate
Be able to conduct all duties in accordance with our clients guidelines, policies and procedures
Actively participate in our clients Performance Management System
Attend and participate in relevant toolbox and staff meetings
Civil experience and expertise is a must along with leadership experience and a very strong knowledge of civil plant and equipment
Good attitude towards management and safety is a must
Ensure job documentation, permits, inductions, management plans, SWMS are understood and in place on each job
National Police Clearance or DCSI Clearance highly desirable
Company vehicle will also be supplied
