We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Labourers with an MR Truck Driver's License to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated background in civil works, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to operate machinery and equipment essential for civil and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in civil construction and maintenance projects, including roadworks, drainage, and infrastructure development.
• Safely operate a variety of light plant, machinery, and equipment in both rural and urban environments.
• Transport materials and equipment using MR trucks.
• Follow construction safety protocols and adhere to the Workplace Health & Safety Act.
• Assist in traffic management on-site, including the implementation of traffic control measures.
• Participate in team-based work while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Essential Requirements:

• MR Truck Driver’s License (Queensland).
• Construction Safety (White Card) (30215 QLD - Course in General Safety Induction for the Construction Industry).
• Current Queensland ‘C’ Class Licence (essential for Construction Labourer).
• Certificate II in Civil Construction or relevant experience in the civil construction industry.
• Traffic Management Implementation (TMI) accreditation under the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices, or the ability to attain this certification.
• Demonstrated experience in civil construction works and maintenance.
• Sound working knowledge of the Workplace Health & Safety Act, advisory standards, industry codes of practice, and all relevant guidelines.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and attain additional certifications where required.
