Civil Labourer & Roller Operator – Full-Time Work Across Sydney

Location: Eastern Creek + Various Sydney Sites
$35.22/hr (Day Shift) | $47.38/hr (Night Shift) | Full-Time & Ongoing Work

Are you an experienced Civil Labourer & Roller Operator with asphalt/ road-building experience? We’re hiring for a full-time role with guaranteed work across Sydney, including projects at Eastern Creek, Sydney Airport, M12, and Richmond Airbase.

About the Role:

• Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 2 PM ($35.22/hr)
• Night Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 9 PM – 5 AM ($47.38/hr)
  Sometimes night crews start at 6:30pm and go to 5am
• Operating rollers, asphalt pavers, and multi rollers
• Working on major road construction projects
• Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently

What You Need:

• Experience with asphalt road construction
• Valid tickets for rollers & multi rollers (essential)

• Valid tickets for Asphalt pavers (ideal)

• White Card & reliable transport
• Strong work ethic & commitment to safety
• Flexibility to work across various Sydney sites
