We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Civil and Construction Estimators with proven expertise in estimating and project costing. Your primary focus will be preparing accurate estimates for a variety of government tenders, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for infrastructure, commercial construction, and government projects.
- Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to prepare thorough estimates.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure all costings meet contractual and budgetary requirements.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for cost efficiencies.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in estimating and project costing.
- Demonstrated success in preparing estimates for government tenders.
- Comprehensive understanding of infrastructure and commercial construction projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of ACT and Regional NSW construction markets is advantageous.
