About the role
- Passion to manage staff and make sure staff well being is high priority
- Confident in building relationships with caregivers to provide a fantastic experience from the moment they walk through the door
- Day to day operations and management
- Providing high quality education and care with the support of staff
- Degree in Early Childhood or Diploma in Children’s services
- Must have high understanding of the EYLF and all Early Years regulations, policies & procedures
