About the role

Passion to manage staff and make sure staff well being is high priority
Confident in building relationships with caregivers to provide a fantastic experience from the moment they walk through the door
Day to day operations and management
Providing high quality education and care with the support of staff
Degree in Early Childhood or Diploma in Children’s services
Must have high understanding of the EYLF and all Early Years regulations, policies & procedures

About you:

Be truly committed to Early Learning and the Education sector
Proven ability to lead by example and understand how this is important to teams and Early Childhood
Creating a warm and welcome environment through strong visions where both children and educators can flourish
