About the Role
Randstad has partnered with a well reputed independent school in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne and is welcoming applications for a Chief Exam Supervisor. You will have the opportunity to supervise students completing trial and VCE exams, Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority and the General Achievement Test. These exams will take place during June, October, and November 2025.
To be successful for this position, you must not be any of the following:
- Related to or associated with any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking VCE Units 1-2 and/or 3- 4 study
- teaching or tutoring any student required to sit the GAT or any student in VCE Units 1-2 and/or Unit 3 -4 study
- related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching, tutoring or coaching any students required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking VCE Units 1-2 and/or 3-4 study, or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment materials on behalf of a school
- employed at the School in any other capacity, including as a teacher, casual relief teacher (CRT) or a member of the Professional Services staff.
About You
- Current Working with Children's Check (WWCC) or VIT
- supervisors who are appointed will need to complete a Supervisor Relationships Statutory Declaration in advance of the first day of employment
- ability to be calm, understanding and support student voice in examinations
- ensuring examination security at all times
- able to provide support to students and adhere to policies and procedures.
Training & Remuneration:
- Training can be provided by VCAA if required, with costs covered by the college.
