Our federal government client is seeking an experienced Change manager who id passionate in leading, delivering and contributing to the department's transformation program. Experience in business operations is also highly desired.
... As a Change Manager, you will be required to:
- Work with a level of independence, under broad direction, with a concurrent need to resolve issues and deliver quality outcomes.
- Work collaboratively and flexibly in a fast-paced, hybrid team and cross-functional team.
- Lead the creation and delivery of change management artefacts, change impact reporting and briefing material, in collaboration with key stakeholders across the agency areas to solve complex challenges, providing solutions to internal stakeholders.
- Recommend strategic directions for area of responsibility and consider wider agency implications when making decisions.
The successful candidate must have:
- Knowledge of and/or experience in program, project and change management methodologies and frameworks such as PROSCI and understanding of SAFe® Agile practices.
- Highly developed leadership and management skills and the capability to mentor, motivate and build capacity of staff, including leading a team through change and uncertainty.
- Tertiary qualifications in change management, program/project management, IT/digital transformation are highly desirable.
- Ability to influence others and achieve common goals through excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to solve problems and think analytically along with organisational, project and time management skills.
