Contract Opportunity Starting 1st September
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the outsourcing transition of our client's customer service team. This role is a 3-month contract starting on 1st September.
About the Role:
As part of our organisational change, the customer service team will be transitioning to an outsourced provider. During this transition, they will be retaining two key positions:
- Customer Experience Manager
- Senior Customer Support Person
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan to ensure a smooth transition
- Manage the change process, ensuring minimal disruption to customer service operations
- Support team members through the transition, providing clear guidance and assistance
- Address and resolve any issues related to e-commerce delivery delays and account linking
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the transition
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Change Manager, particularly in outsourcing or organisational change projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in customer service environments is preferred
