- Lead and manage the change management process for an Active Directory project aimed at changing email domain names.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage while minimising resistance.
- Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into the project plan.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and support to senior leaders and managers to help them fulfil the role of change sponsor.
- Create and manage communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the project.
- Design and deliver training programs to support end-users in adopting the new email domain names.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change management activities and adjust strategies as needed to ensure project success.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Change Manager, preferably within the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and email domain name changes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience developing and implementing change management strategies and plans.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and end-users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory projects.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large organisation.
