Change Manager - ICT Projects
Contract until August 2025
Contract opportunity for an experienced Change Manager, with experience managing change in large ICT projects, to shape digital transformation through change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery.
What You Will Do:
- Lead change management for complex ICT projects, ensuring people, processes, and structures are aligned.
- Develop and deliver targeted training programs to support the implementation of new systems and technologies.
- Manage the people's side of change, ensuring alignment with the company's OCM Framework for business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and structure changes.
- Ensure change initiatives are on time, on budget, and aligned with objectives to maximise benefits, ROI, and outcomes.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to identify and tailor change activities for all impacted stakeholders.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- 3+ years of experience managing change in large ICT projects
- Experience in training needs analysis, creating training materials, and delivering training sessions.
- Strong understanding and application of OCM frameworks like PROSCI, CMI, or CMBoK.
- Proven experience collaborating with ICT project teams, business stakeholders, and Project Managers to achieve project outcomes and integrate change activities within timelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, encourage participation, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
