About the role:
The Change Delivery Officer is a team membership position that may be required to perform work that involves team leadership and management responsibilities requiring the setting of priorities and managing workflows of a team. The position is required to provide detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems.
- Preparing change impact and business change readiness assessments, transition to BAU (business as usual) plans with guidance, contributing to change management planning and strategy and approach.
- Preparing, with guidance, change documentation, presentations, and data analysis, including edits and formatting to address audience and stakeholder requirements, such as for accessibility and senior executives.
- Developing, implementing, evaluating and communicating change management requirements, plans and schedules including proposing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Completing a range of diverse activities and tasks, as directed, related to planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation and evaluation of complex multi-disciplinary projects within the department and with external stakeholders.
- Growing and developing internal relationships within the branch and across the department relevant to your area of responsibility and implementation requirements.
- Leading and supporting special projects and continuous improvement activities as they arise within the team.
- Coordinating input to produce relevant, timely and accurate reports and ensuring branch reporting activities adhere to standards and frameworks.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high work standards and accuracy, meeting defined timeframes
- Develop and action project plans and assist in project management activities.
- The ability to Influence and negotiate outcomes.
- Experience within change management within a complex and comprehensive HR environment.
- Leadership experience required
- Government experience, highly desirable and preferred
