Randstad Digital are currently looking for a Change Analyst to join one of Queensland’s largest employers! Working on the SAP SuccessFactors program, this role plays a key role in stakeholder communication, change impact assessments, training coordination, and business readiness activities. The role works across HR, Payroll, and business units to ensure adoption of the new SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management system. This role is an 8 month contract, with the view to extend past that point, based in Brisbane’s CBD.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Implementation Manager in implementing the change management strategy and plan, ensuring alignment with ERP transformation goals.
- Assist in conducting change impact assessments, identifying workforce, role, and process changes, and supporting targeted interventions.
- Coordinate and track stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring that HR leaders, employees, and key business units are informed and supported.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs, including coordination of training materials, scheduling, and tracking completion rates.
- Assist in the execution of business readiness assessments, ensuring impacted teams are prepared for go-live and post-implementation support.
- Develop and maintain communication materials, including FAQs, presentations, intranet updates, and emails to ensure consistent messaging.
- Track and manage change adoption metrics, gathering feedback, monitoring engagement, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Business Readiness teams to ensure that change activities align with business operations.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for change management workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
- Assist in preparing reports and updates on change progress, risks, and stakeholder feedback for program leadership.
Necessary Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in change management, HR transformation, or business process change within large-scale projects.
- Experience supporting HR and/or Payroll system implementations, preferably in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or SAP S/4HANA HR/Payroll environments.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness strategies.
- Experience assisting in stakeholder communications, training coordination, and resistance management.
- Experience in government, utilities, or enterprise HR transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model, or similar methodologies.
