Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights for decision-making.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth.
- Drive change management initiatives, modernising financial systems and improving efficiencies.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team to influence high-level decision-making.
- Optimise cash flow, working capital, and risk management strategies for long-term stability.
- Partner with operational teams to analyse financial performance and uncover opportunities for increased profitability.
- Lead the finance team, fostering a high-performance, future-focused financial control environment.
- Manage tax planning, audits, and key external stakeholder relationships, including banks and advisors.
- Identify and implement process automation and system improvements to streamline financial operations.
- Develop and execute financial strategies that align with business expansion and investment initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations while introducing best-in-class financial governance.
- Champion a culture of innovation and accountability, embedding a mindset of continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong track record of driving change and modernising financial processes.
- Proficiency in preparing and analysing financial statements.
- Advanced financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and challenge the status quo to drive business transformation.
- Experience implementing new financial systems, automation, and process improvements.
- A passion for business improvement and operational excellence.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
