The beautiful, small and independent 29 place service is looking for a Certificate III educator to join their team in looking after the 2.5-5 year old children on a full-time basis. The centre follows a play-based approach and educators are encouraged to create nurturing environments aligning with the Early Years Learning Framework. The Role
As a Certificate III Educator your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and working alongside the Room Leader to implement programming leading to successful learning outcomes for the children
- Communicating positively with the children and families
- Establishing, nurturing and fostering collaborative partnerships with families and communities to achieve quality learning and development outcomes for children
- Being reliable, respectful and work constructively with your colleagues and other professionals
- Developing and maintaining high quality documentation and teaching methods
About You
To be successful in this position you must have:
- A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education OR ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- Understanding and knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
