This role offers the chance to lead and inspire a dedicated team in their North Brisbane campus, shaping the future of education.
They are looking for a passionate ECE advocate and leader to join their amazing team. You will have the support of Assistant Directors and Educational Leaders who are dedicated off the floor to assist with the large centre.

Responsibilities:
As Centre Director, you will oversee all aspects of campus operations, focusing on
- Overseeing all aspects of centre operations.
- Leading and mentoring a team of educators and assistant directors.
- Ensuring high-quality early childhood education delivery.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Managing budgets and financial reporting.
- Maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Building strong relationships with parents and the community.
Qualifications
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with:
- An Early Childhood Teacher qualification (ECT) or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- Must have previous experience as a Centre Director as it is a large campus
- A current Employee Working with Children Check (mandatory) đŠâđ§âđŚExperience managing a large early childhood education centre.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
- Experience with regulatory compliance in early childhood education.
