As our Chef / Catering Manager, you will:
✅ Lead & supervise a dedicated catering team to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals.
✅ Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
✅ Coordinate menu planning, considering dietary needs and resident preferences.
✅ Manage catering budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
✅ Provide a welcoming café experience for residents, families, and visitors.
🔹 Qualifications as a Chef or Cook (essential).
🔹 Experience leading a large kitchen team, preferably in an aged care or healthcare setting.
