Key Responsibilities:

• Craft, implement, and maintain comprehensive category strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Conduct thorough market analysis, strategic sourcing, and supplier negotiations to identify cost reduction opportunities and process enhancements.
• Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive category strategies and procurement activities.
• Manage and cultivate supplier relationships, ensuring adherence to contracts and consistent service delivery.
• Drive and achieve cost savings targets and meet established procurement objectives.
• Champion Health, Safety, Environmental, and ESG initiatives within the assigned category.
• Provide support for global improvement projects and strategic procurement initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Category Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex change projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated experience in procurement processes and achieving targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPS Level 4 Diploma or equivalent) is an advantage.
