About the role
As a Case Manager, you'll help members and their families navigate during tough times with the chance to make a real impact.
- Provide end to end support for members across TPD, IP, Death or Terminal Illness claims
- Manage and administer a portfolio of claims
- Assist with claim and insurance decisions & escalations
- Processing claim payments
What you'll bring
- Must have experience in Death Benefits (superannuation)
- Life insurance case management experience (ideally within superannuation)
- Ability to work in fast paced environments
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- High level interpersonal skills
