Randstad has partnered with a client within the banking and finance space and we have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Case Manager within their Superannuation space.
... About the role:
The role of a Case Manager is responsible in overseeing and managing case applications relating but not limited to deceased estates, total and permanent disablement, permanent incapacity and terminal illness. In this position you will be connecting with beneficiaries to manage and monitor case details for the progress of each claim.
Your skills and experience
- Exceptional communication skills and have a high level of detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role with claims experience is ideal
- Ability to build rapport with different types of stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment

Hours:
- 6 month casual contract - view for extension
- Full time hours 37.5 per week
- Monday to Friday - no weekend work!
- 09:00am- 5.00pm
