Randstad Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Care Director role supporting one of our clients on the Sunshine Coast.
About the role:
Location - Sunshine Coast
Size of facility - 120-Bed
Hours - FTE Monday-Friday 0900-1700
Duration - Intial one month contract with high possiblity of an extension
Pay - High hourly rates well above award
About you:
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- Australian work rights (no sponsorship offered for these roles)
- National Police Clearance within 3 years
- Professional Indemnity Insurance (Certificate of Currency)
- Current Influenza and 3 x Covid
- Full Australian Working Rights
- At least 3 years of senior management experience in aged care.
- Proven background in managing teams, clinical operations, compliance, and care planning.
