An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Capability Specialist to join a NSW Government Agency on a digital transformation project. This project involves the transition to a new claims management system called FINEOS, which is designed to modernise and improve the way claims are managed across the organisation. As part of this project, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of capability and development initiatives that support the successful adoption and implementation of the new system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the capability and development strategy, integrating the 70:20:10 methodology, to support the transition to the new FINEOS claims management system.
• Collaborate with the design team to create detailed project plans and support the delivery of the capability projects that align with the system implementation.
• Facilitate and cofacilitate programs, including induction and training programs, and provide mentoring and coaching to the team.
• Manage internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment between teams working on the digital transformation.
• Coach and develop teams, driving behaviour change and continuous improvement, with a focus on adapting to the new claims management system.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Capability and Development role, ideally within Insurance, Financial Services, or a related sector.
• Expertise in Articulate and Vyond
• Strong project management skills, with experience delivering to tight deadlines.
• Advanced facilitation and coaching abilities, particularly in complex and blended learning environments.
• Familiarity with Fineos is desirable
