Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Docklands, Federal Government Sector
Hours: 11 AM - 7 PM
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with potential for extensions
Hourly Rate: $41 per hour
Job Description:
Randstad is partnering with a Federal government department and is seeking multiple dedicated and professional Call Center Representatives. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to the government clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing accurate information and assistance to callers.
- Documenting call details and maintaining records.
- Resolving inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations and policies.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of call center processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call center, preferable government call center experience
- Must have minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
Desirable:
- Ability to speak another language fluently.
