• Analysing and interpreting information
• Inbound and Outbound calls to gather information and answer queries
• Navigate through multiple screens and programs whilst being on the phone
• Administration and reporting duties
• Achieve positive outcomes for customers

About you:

• Contact centre and/or customer service experience
• Data entry skills - ability to quickly and accurately enter data into the system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent punctuality and attendance

Although phone based experience will be beneficial, we also welcome applicants with customer service skills that can be transferable. We are ideally looking for team-focused, committed candidates with a passion for providing excellent customer service!

Please note: For Federal Government opportunities, all potential candidates must be Australian Citizens and have a National Police Clearance within the last 6 months!
