Randstad are currently seeking customer service professionals to join a well known automobile manufacturer within their Contact Centre team on a casual basis, located in the Western suburbs of Adelaide. You will be a part of a great team in a beautiful brand new office with free onsite parking available.

The core of this role is to provide excellent customer service for every customer who calls through. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team within a culture and working environment unlike any other. Full comprehensive training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 1 year experience working in an call centre environment
• The ability to confidently pick up the phone
• Proven examples of strong customer focus and problem solving skills
• Possess high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrate initiative to hit the ground running
• The ability to work in a team environment
• The ability to work a rotating roster between the hours of 8.00am-6.30pm Monday-Friday
