The core of this role is to provide excellent customer service for every customer who calls through. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team within a culture and working environment unlike any other. Full comprehensive training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 1 year experience working in an call centre environment
- The ability to confidently pick up the phone
- Proven examples of strong customer focus and problem solving skills
- Possess high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrate initiative to hit the ground running
- The ability to work in a team environment
- The ability to work a rotating roster between the hours of 8.00am-6.30pm Monday-Friday
