About the Role: This position involves triaging incoming calls from policy holders, not just a call centre role. It requires outstanding communication skills, resilience, and a genuine passion for customer service, as you'll be supporting individuals who may be distressed.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Triage claims effectively, evaluate its urgency of a call back or the policy holder being transferred to a claims manager for immediate support
- Participate in ongoing coaching and training to enhance member experience and claims outcomes.
- Support additional tasks as directed by your manager.

- Someone who is comfortable in a call centre environment and is able to adhere to a fixed roster and break times.
What your roster could like:
- Monday to Friday
- 7.5 hours shifts
- shifts could fall between 8:00am til 5pm
