What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing a portfolio of overdue accounts and working towards successful resolutions
- Engaging with customers via phone and email to negotiate payment arrangements
- Handling disputes professionally and finding fair solutions for both parties
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate customer records
- Adhering to company policies and compliance regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in debt collection (desirable), call center, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Resilience and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
- Attention to detail and proficiency in using computer systems
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work towards targets
