This role requires a candidate who can confidently liaise with a diverse range of employees and stakeholders while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Your Typical Duties Will Include:
- Accurately performing back office clerical and administrative tasks as required
- Providing accurate and timely information and assistance to customers in all aspects of Council over the counters, via telephone and email
- Utilising various software applications to maintain records, track tasks, and support administrative processes.
To Be Successful, You Will Possess:
- Previous experience in a local government setting is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in administrative and business support roles.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business applications.
