- Location: Hobart CBD
- Contract Length: 3 months + potential for extension/permanent transition
- Hourly Rate: $37 per hour + super
- Hours: Monday – Friday, full-time hours
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a short-term opportunity with the potential to extend? We are seeking a Business Support Officer to provide essential administrative and office support on a 3-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Control & Data Entry – Maintain records, process data accurately, and ensure compliance with document management procedures.
- Office Operations – Oversee day-to-day office functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Administrative Support – Assist with general administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of tasks.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations.
About You:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
