... Key Capabilities:
- Compile reports and draft recommendations on uncomplicated acquisition matters involving objections, compensation offers, and settlement. Provide directives to pertinent government authorities to facilitate land transactions.
- Manage procedures involved in land acquisition, including its rationalisation and dedication.
- Facilitate payments for land acquisition and compensation, collaborate with contractors and consultants regarding fees and outstanding accounts, and uphold accurate financial records and reporting to achieve budget objectives.
- Enhances branch engagement and performance by sharing improvement ideas and opinions, achieving Divisional and Branch objectives, meeting management expectations, continuously developing competence, and supporting the growth of colleagues.
About you:
- Knowledge of the processes relating to the purchase of land/property, and property conveyancing matters
- Good written and verbal skills and experience with report writing
- High level of MS Office, especially Excel
- Finance systems experience required
- Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
