Your New Role
As the Business Services Lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping the office organised, well-equipped, and running smoothly. Overseeing office management, facilities, and purchasing, you’ll also manage a small team and work closely with internal stakeholders to create a productive and welcoming workspace.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient workplace
- Manage office facilities, working with landlords, contractors, and service providers
- Take charge of purchasing office supplies, equipment, and services
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Assist with office logistics, including travel bookings and event coordination
- Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

About You
- Experience in office management, business services, facilities, or workplace operations
- Previous experience managing at least one direct report
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
