Your New Role
As a business development manager for the hospital and aged care sector, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding market share. Working with high, quality leads generated by the sales team, you’ll develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and C-suite executives, ensuring the adoption of industry-leading safety solutions.

We’re open to candidates in Sydney or Melbourne, with travel opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage key decision-makers in hospitals and aged care organisations, building long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to drive business success
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including tenders and key accounts
- Lead tender submissions for state and local hospitals and aged care facilities
- Manage direct customer and wholesaler accounts, ensuring stock coverage, reporting, and smooth operations
- Ensure seamless adoption and ongoing usage of the company’s products in hospitals and aged care
- Achieve quarterly and yearly KPI’s by maintaining market share and growing accounts
What You Bring to the Table
- 2-5+ years in sales or account management within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or diagnostics
- Experience with hospital tenders or aged care sales
- Medical consumable sales experience is highly regarded
- A bachelor’s degree is desirable
- A passion for healthcare innovation and relationship-building
