Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic lead generation.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
Develop and nurture client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
Regularly report sales activities, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand awareness and business growth.
Skills & Experience Required:
A proven track record as a proactive sales “hunter” with strong consultative selling skills.
Expertise in managing the entire sales cycle from lead identification to deal closure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels, from operational staff to senior executives.
Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment.
Strong understanding of SME businesses and various industry sectors.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust and credibility.
