Your new role:
This is a newly created role focused on growing the company’s residential property management division through strategic B2B partnerships. If you thrive on building strong relationships, nurturing leads, and closing deals that add real value, this role is for you.
Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, acquiring, and retaining affiliate partners across key sectors, including residential property management, construction and development, and property investment.
Key Duties:
- Research and identify new B2B lead opportunities
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
- Engage with potential partners through phone, email, social media, and networking
- Qualify leads and develop strong rapport
- Set appointments and attend high-level meetings alongside senior leadership
- Manage the full sales cycle through to onboarding
- Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking
- Report regularly on pipeline progress and sales performance
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movement
Your skills and experience:
- Proven experience in outbound B2B business development
- A confident, professional, and customer-centric approach
- Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to account management
- Strong experience working with CRMs and managing sales pipelines
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while taking ownership of results
- Experience in property management, real estate, or property investment is highly regarded
- Self-starter mentality with a solution-focused mindset
