Your new role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling waste management solutions within an allocated Sydney territory. Your role will focus on managing existing customer relationships, ensuring retention, and acquiring new business to drive profitable sales growth.
Work autonomously in an on-the-road role, managing your assigned territory and customer base.
Build strong relationships with existing customers and explore opportunities to expand our business.
Develop a robust pipeline of new business and commit to a consistent sales call cycle.
Engage with a diverse range of customers, from cafes to construction businesses and more.
About you:
Experienced in sales or customer management (minimum of 2 years) with a track record of success in high-volume B2B sales in the waste or services industry
Skilled in solution selling, with the ability to identify customer needs and create win-win outcomes.
Adept at using CRM systems to manage customer, prospect, and lead information.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with strong presentation skills.
Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a high-growth, dynamic environment.
Experience in the waste industry is a plus but not essential – we value drive, motivation, and a passion for sustainability.
